My name is Ramin Razy, and I've been working in the health and fitness industry in Bangkok for over 17 years.

I began my journey in the Royal Australian Navy, where I learned discipline, resilience, and teamwork, before earning a Bachelor of Education from Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne.

My teaching background gives me a unique ability to explain complex concepts clearly, coach effectively, and meet people where they are in their fitness journey.
